The Process
Consultation
Every masterpiece begins with a conversation. Share your vision — the dimensions, the colors that move you, the textures you dream of, and the space that will be transformed. Our specialists listen deeply, ask the right questions, and translate your ideas into a creative brief that sets the foundation for something truly extraordinary.
Design & Material
We present material samples with an emphasis on natural fibres, colour pompoms for accurate colour selection, and detailed design renderings so you can truly visualise the finished piece. We revise until it's perfect.
Artisan Production
Your piece enters production — beginning with the setting up of the loom, dyeing and sorting the yarns, and preparing the mapping for accuracy. Then comes the making of the rug itself. Once complete, it undergoes a series of finishing processes that may involve blocking, shearing, carving, washing, and edge finishing. Depending on complexity and chosen method of production, a rug measuring 2m x 3m may take anywhere from 3 to 5 months to finish.
